FAMILY RATE:
The Family Rate is applicable when more than one child is registered. There is a 15% reduction in tuition fees only for the 2nd child and a 50% reduction for each additional child attending the school in the same academic year.
CAPITAL FUND:
Voting members of the school, with a child or children enrolled in the school, are required to contribute to the Capital Fund. Members may select one of the three options:
- A one-time donation of $400 for the first child and $200 for each additional child. (This is tax creditable).
- Or a pledge of a donation of $450 payable $150 annually over 3 years for the first child and $225 payable $75 annually over 3 years for each additional child. (This is also tax creditable).
- Or a $75 annual capital levy per child. (This is not tax creditable).
ACTIVITY FEE FOR ELEMENTARY STUDENTS:
There is a $550 annual Activity Fee payable on August 1st of each year for Elementary students. The fee covers enrichment activities (athletics, arts and sciences), and bus transportation, arranged under special group rates.
CASA FIELD TRIP FEE:
There is a $40 annual Field Trip Fee payable on August 1st of each year for Casa students. This fee covers the cost of a bus for all casa field trips.
FAMILY RATE:

EXTENDED CARE:
An hourly rate of $7.00 will be charged for use of Extended Care services ($3.50 for second/third child).
RECEIPTS FOR INCOME TAX PURPOSES:
- Receipts are to be issued in the name(s) signed on the “Terms of Enrolment” page of the Registration Package.
- For the Capital Levy and the Elementary Activity Fee: Receipts are issued by February 28th of the current school year.
- For Tuition: Receipts are issued by February 28th of the current school year, and are pro-rated to reflect the amount of tuition used in the applicable tax year.
- Receipts for all Extended Care charges will be issued by February 28th of the current school year for the amount used in the applicable tax year.
- Receipts will not be issued where there are any outstanding fees.
PAYMENT: Payment of fees must accompany the application for enrollment form.
Late fees: 10% per month.
NSF CHEQUES:
A penalty of $25 per cheque will be charged for the first NSF cheque, and a penalty of $50 will be charged for second and subsequent NSF cheques.
