My daughter (2 years old) at bedtime –
“Mom, we fed the horses today!”
My son (4 years old) still in bed waking up –
“Mom, where are my D-ring and my rope? I want to take it for show and tell”.
My children are very different people. And to find the enthusiasm and excitement for each day in both of them is a pretty good start to my day and a pretty good end to it too.
